Hi, I’m Kelly Priest. I started Dream Video Productions in 1992.

Here is how I started out...
Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio TV/Film in 1987 from San Jose State University, my wife and I spent one year living in Italy teaching English at a private institute.  Then starting in 1992 I began working full-time creating high quality films for wedding couples and corporations alike.
My work has earned me 7 national awards, top prize at the Mill Valley Film Festival in 1984, and many local awards for excellence in the field of corporate and event videography.
Over the years, I have produced hundreds of wedding videos, all with a high level of video excellence achieved by blending creative elements, romance and state of the art equipment. My style of shooting is cinematic, unobtrusive, and unique. You could also describe it as a “Docu-drama” style.  My style of editing seeks to put together solid well-shot video material with subtle, high quality graphics and just the right music; smooth even-tempo pieces so the viewer can enjoy the excitement and emotion of the wedding day, not just a bunch of distracting effects.
